17th April 2008

How does a rock band spend its downtime on a world tour?................well use IGOALs if they are football fanatics of course!

Members of Iron Maiden, the new wave heavy metal band are currently whiling away their spare time between gigs enjoying a game of footie with their roadies and other members of their crew.

The band was formed in the 1970's when the original band played local East End pubs and went on to worldwide acclaim since then. Loyal to their roots the band are life long West Ham fans and have been known to wear West Ham kits during performances.

The band's current sell-out tour 6 months tour ends in August in Holland and the UK fans can see the band at Twickenham on 5th July.

Keeping with the West Ham theme and to prove just how versatile the IGOAL is the Football in the Community programme with West Ham United are making full use of IGOALs.
